Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select products. Eligibility details and conditions are mentioned on individual product pages.
For most eligible items, the return/exchange window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
The return policy may vary by product and is subject to change without prior notice.
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our designated return address.
Return or exchange charges, if applicable, will be communicated on a case-to-case basis.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used while placing the order.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the refund request may be declined and the product may be shipped back to the customer.
Important Notes for Returns & Refunds
Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn for hygiene reasons.
Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Returns without tags will not be accepted.
Return or refund requests must be raised within the specified return period mentioned on the product page. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
