Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable only on select products. Eligibility details and conditions are mentioned on individual product pages.
  • For most eligible items, the return/exchange window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The return policy may vary by product and is subject to change without prior notice.
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our designated return address.
  • Return or exchange charges, if applicable, will be communicated on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used while placing the order.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
  • If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the refund request may be declined and the product may be shipped back to the customer.

Important Notes for Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn for hygiene reasons.
  • Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Returns without tags will not be accepted.
  • Return or refund requests must be raised within the specified return period mentioned on the product page. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
